Preparation

1. Thaw Oshi fillet overnight in fridge.

2. Preheat a non-stick or stainless steel pan on medium heat (with or without oil).

3. Season lightly on both sides.

4. Sear covered for 2 min per side until light crust forms. Sear slightly longer for extra crispiness.

5. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or side dish

MUST BE KEPT FROZEN. Cook thoroughly before serving.
