Preparation

Thaw the Oshi fillet in the fridge overnight.
Place in a cold, lightly oiled non-stick pan. Season the top lightly.
Turn heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip, season the other side, cover, and cook for 1½ minutes.
Drizzle 1 tsp neutral oil (canola or sunflower) on top, then sear for 10 seconds per side (uncovered).
Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side.

MUST BE KEPT FROZEN. Cook thoroughly before serving.

WHERE AND HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made every week in a small facility in California. We ship weekly to customers.

when will be my product shipped?

We will ship your products Monday - Wednesday via UPS. If you order before 1 pm, your products will usually be shipped the next day. Shipping takes 1-3 days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date once your order has shipped.

Because they're shipped frozen, it's important that someone is available to receive the package and to store the products in the freezer. The products will arrive frozen or chilled.

Yes, our salmon is kosher certified.

why do you charge for shipping?

Shipping frozen food is extremely expensive due to the costs of insulation materials and ice packs. The shipping costs for one package can be $35 or more and we are happy to absorb most of these costs. At the same time, we work hard on reducing the costs of frozen shipment further.

Who fulfills your shipments?

For our fulfillment we work closely with the vegan company Offbeast. They'll help you if there's ever any problem with your shipment (see below).
